With 20+ years of HR management experience from multinational companies like Honeywell, Walt Disney, Danone, she has accumulated extensive HR management experience in HR strategy & planning, talent acquisition, talent management & development, organization development, change management, organization transformation & integration, etc. across various industries including FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Building Solutions, Automobile and Entertainment.
Karen had been with Honeywell, a fortune 500 industrial multinational company for almost 10 years taking a number of HR management roles including APAC HR Director, North Asia Staffing Director, etc. She successfully led or played a very key role in several big business transformations including 2 BU integration covering 500+ employees, Business Group separation, integration for acquired business, JV startup, organization design for company spin-off & Staffing COE function transformation. She’s also experienced in assessing and driving organization effectiveness via leading different reorganization projects.
Karen is very passionate in supporting others to grow. She not only led Leadership Development projects, play the role of internal coach to HR, Hipo and leadership team in the Corporate, but also coached HRs, professionals, and startup business owners externally. The leadership or team engagement workshops that she delivered including to internal leadership team and external Honeywell client such as Zhonghua Chemical Group gained good feedback from participants. She’s also invited speaker in some key HR Forums such as HRoot, HREC, and HRlink.
As a professional coach, Karen is good at helping clients clearing their minds, finding the root cause beneath the surface and helping them step forward to the future actively. She uses powerful questions and direct communication to help clients look for inner motivation, remove limited beliefs, create awareness and find the power of change and breakthrough. Karen believes coaching is a creative journey that the coach partners with and empowers the clients to become the best version of themselves.
