Based on her outstanding performance in the theory and application of 4D she was awarded by Dr. Charlie, the founder of the system, with outstanding contributions to 4D in 2015.
The practice and system learning of Executive Coach also made she became a better HR leader that driven by herself to enhancement leadership, more skillful in consulting and communicating.
