Ms. Mathews has been coaching for the past seventeen years since completing her coaching program at Georgetown University. During this time, Ms. Mathews has coached approximately 350 individuals logging about 8,000 hours of coaching experience. Her coaching clients have been from both public and private sector organizations at levels ranging from mid-level managers to CEOs.She also holds a leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown University and has achieved the status of Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since September 2006, Ms. Mathews has been a faculty member, program director and co-director of the Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She is a founding faculty member of the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University.

As a registered nurse with over 47 years of health care experience, including clinical, management and educational roles in acute care, outpatient and educational settings, Ms. Mathews brings a wealth of experience with supporting leaders as they build productive partnerships, teams and workplaces.
