Illary has over 15 years of experience working with executives and teams in the development of effective leadership, communicational competencies, team alignment, change and diversity management, and building coaching cultures. She has worked with companies and organizations in different lines of business; designing and facilitating programs to optimize the performance of executives, teams and organizations. She is one of only a handful (less than 5%) of professional coaches worldwide who has earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Illary has great international exposure and wide experience in the business and organizational world. She is familiar with a great variety of cultural and linguistic environments, having lived in Peru, Mexico, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Chile, Argentina, USA and France. She is also an intercultural mentor and trainer in programs aimed to develop teams and management competencies for leaders. Illary has participated both as a facilitator and as an executive coach in several programs aimed to strengthen the leadership of women in the workplace.
Between 1997 and 2001, she worked with JP Morgan (now, JP Morgan Chase) in the context of the Leadership & Diversity Program in which managers of all regions of the world participated and focused on creating value out of the opportunities arising from a globalized world. She has coached C-level executives including Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, as well as middle and entry level managers at the global level. Previous experience includes consulting with small rapidly growing organizations as well as Fortune 500 corporations. She has consulted with organizations based in Latin America, the Unites States and Europe. Illary is currently based in Washington, DC.
